There is one located in Orly Ouest, before the security gates on the Arrivals Level, and another in Orly Sud, on the 4th floor next to the information desk. Orly Ouest’s medical center is open 24 hours and 7 days a week. The medical center in Orly Sud is open from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. A drugstore with para-pharmaceutical products is available at Orly Sud on the Departures Level.

Paris Orly Airport provides extra help for passengers arriving at the airport and who require a personalized service to meet them. The Age d’Or Services must be booked at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. An Age d’Or Services escort will meet you, your children or your aged parents etc, and assist with baggage collection. They are also able to drive you to any destination in France. 3 items of baggage is allowed per person for the transportation trip, as well as any pet not weighing more than 6kg, provided it is carried in a lidded basket.
